Kiss the Cook: A creamy way to give your sandwich a kick
During some of my adventures in different cuisines, I come across many dishes that use a sauce or cream to enhance the meal. Many times it’s that simple sauce that sets off the whole dish. They can be very simple to make, but make a huge difference in the quality of the meal.
I love beef and was recently looking for ideas for a sauce with some kick that would work well with beef. Below is a very simple recipe for a horseradish sauce that fits the bill. While testing this recipe, my son, Landon came up with the idea of dipping crackers in the sauce. It was a great tasting idea. If you love the taste of horseradish, you could use this as a veggie dip too. The next time you are up for a homemade sauce with some kick, try this delicious creamy horseradish sauce. You will not be disappointed.
