Kiss the Cook: A salmon spread that will woo the women
Recently, I stumbled onto a great recipe for a salmon spread. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to make it and share it with friends at a July 4 picnic in Harrisburg.
This was the first time they were able to try any of the dishes I make.
Of course, they all know about the Kiss the Cook column and my lady friends wanted one of the guys to wear an apron, so they could kiss the cook.
Needless to say, I wore my apron and brought this awesome smoked salmon spread.
My reward was a few kisses from the ladies and that’s a great reward.
The recipe below will make a good portion for your family, but if you want to take it to a party to share, you can double this up easily. Smoked salmon is delicious and healthy for you.
Using it in a spread like this is addicting! Enjoy!
